Below you will find a link to an online form that we would like you to fill out before 30th June 2023. The form is to ensure we have all the correct information about you and your child before they start in September. All data included on this form will be held, processed and retained in line with the Data Protection Policy for the Bourne Education Trust and The Matthew Arnold School privacy notices.
