- Feedback & Complaints
As a learning environment we continually strive to improve and develop in everything we do. Central to this philosophy is the importance of seeking and responding to feedback, and in addition ensuring that we respond to complaints effectively.
If you do have feedback, positive or negative, about any aspect of our school please contact us by telephone and our reception team will ensure you speak to the appropriate member of staff.
Most concerns can be dealt with without resorting to this procedure, however any complaints should follow our complaints policy (which outlines the process for both informal and formal stages). Formal complaints must be addressed for the attention of the Interim Headteacher, Mr Price, in the first instance.
