This year’s Science Week was a huge success, filled with curiosity, creativity, and hands on learning across the department. Students from all year groups had the opportunity to take part in a range of exciting activities designed to bring science to life and spark a genuine love for discovery.

Science Week offered students an inspiring opportunity to move beyond the classroom and experience science in real world contexts. From handling animals to witnessing explosive chemical reactions and meeting real scientists, the week empowered learners to think critically, experiment safely, and consider future careers in STEM.

A huge thank you to our staff, visiting specialists, and of course our enthusiastic students for making Science Week such a memorable event. We can’t wait to build on this success next year!
