  • Woking College is a well located Sixth Form College based on a single site with playing fields, excellent facilities and free onsite parking.
  • The College is well connected by buses and trains and is a 15-minute walk from Woking station. The College has just over 1,300 students.
  • Woking College offers a wide range of A level and B. Tech courses as well as GCSE courses in Maths, English and Science for students who are studying with the College.
  • The College offers over 40 different extra curriculum activities which is a compulsory option for all year 12 students on a Wednesday afternoon.
  • Entry requirements are a minimum of 5 GCSE passes at A-C grade but some subjects require higher grades at GCSE. For example, to study Physics the student will need at least a B in Maths. All course requirement information is available on the website
  • Open Evenings for 2017 are- Summer Open Evening- Wednesday 21st June and Autumn Open Evening –Thursday 12th October.
  • The College has no closing dates for applications but as a heavily subscribed College, students are advised to apply early. Applications open in the June prior to enrolment and we can be oversubscribed by December. For example, students applying for September 2018 should apply from June 2017.

  • Transport options from Staines to Woking College are –Abellio bus 446 direct to the College or train to Woking via Weybridge. The journey time is approx. 45 minutes. Students are eligible for a student travel card which allows students to travel on a child fare.
