Eating and drinking
While we are operating under COVID-19 related restrictions, we are not able to offer our usual catering provision.
Students are unable to purchase food or drinks before school or at morning break. They should bring in snacks (no chocolate or fizzy drinks, please) if they feel hungry and a reusable water container so that they can fill up from the water dispenser in each zone.
The lunchtime menu is also limited. For £2.45 students will be given a hot meal or a snack, a dessert and a small bottle of water. It would be very helpful if parents could use ParentPay where at all possible, as the cash loader machine can not be used. If students do need to pay by cash, they should bring it in in an envelope which they give directly to the catering staff.
Students entitled to free school meals will have their accounts loaded for them.
Lunch will be by pre-order only. This will be done in tutor time. For years 7, 8 and 11, this will be on the morning of the same day; for years 9 and 10 this will be done on the afternoon of the day before.
Please see below for the menu for week 1 and week 2. Monday, 7th September is week 1.
