    Outstanding Sporting Achievements

    On the weekend of August 11/12 Ross competed in the south of England 1500m championships. He managed to negotiate his way through the heats and into the final on the Sunday . He had a great run in the final recording a new personal best , beating a current European champion along the way .     Coming hard on the heels of the long-awaited ‘good’ judgement in June, the GCSE results at The Matthew Arnold School were the best ever for the third year in a row.
